3. User Responsibilities and Liability

3.1 Intellectual Property Compliance

YOU BEAR FULL AND SOLE RESPONSIBILITY for ensuring your use complies with all intellectual property laws:

• Copyright Compliance: You must have all necessary rights to upload and modify any audio content
• No Infringement: Creating derivative works of copyrighted material without permission is illegal
• Commercial Use Warning: Using modified copyrighted content for commercial purposes (advertising, monetization, public performance) without proper licensing will likely result in legal action
• Personal Use: Even personal use may not be protected under fair use - consult legal counsel

3.2 Content Restrictions

You agree NOT to create content that:

• Is defamatory, libelous, or slanderous
• Constitutes harassment, hate speech, or threats
• Impersonates others without explicit consent
• Violates any applicable laws or regulations

3.3 Disclosure Requirements

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SERVICE IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code
• Use automated systems to abuse the Service
• Share accounts or exceed usage limits
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Bypass any access restrictions

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and ChangeLyric regarding the use of the Service, superseding any prior agreements.
